Support and Maintenance
We want you to benefit from our software, and we work hard to help you make that happen. In dealing with hundreds of users over the years, we know that no two companies are alike. That’s why we offer a variety of support services enabling our users to get the support and maintenance they need starting the first day they use TruckStops.
Our USER Service (Updates and Support for Excellent Routing) includes one year of TruckStops updates and technical support via telephone, fax, and e-mail. With USER Service, you’ll be assured to have our latest TruckStops technology at your fingertips and our expert support staff at your service.
The TOP (Training for Optimal Performance) USER Service gives users one seat at a TruckStops Training Course or at the International TruckStops Users Conference held every year. The TOP USER Service also includes one year of TruckStops updates and technical support via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
The ELITE (Exceptional Logistics Inclusive of TruckStops Education) Service gives users one seat in both of the TruckStops Training Courses (Introductory and Advanced) OR in the TruckStops Users Conference. The ELITE Service also includes one year of TruckStops updates and technical support via telephone, fax and e-mail. Of course, we want all of our users to ELITE Service Users and enjoy all the benefits.
There are two TruckStops Training Courses, advanced and beginner. Each is an intensive two-day course, consisting of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive learning, led by the people who design and support TruckStops. They are held about once every four-six weeks at our Arlington, Virginia, headquarters and is designed to give you a thorough understanding of TruckStops and how it applies to your operation. Class size is kept to a maximum of ten trainees to facilitate individual attention.
We strongly recommend three to five days of On-site Support for all new users. The On-site Support technicians work side by side with users to help them through the implementation process. On-site, the technician can better understand your operation and how to help you get the most out of TruckStops. On-site Support services are available to users on a time and expense basis.
We find that users who take advantage of the excellent support and maintenance services offered have the most successful implementations and get the most out of TruckStops.
Technical Support

enabling our users to get the support they need starting the first day they use
TruckStops, BUSTOPS and OptiSite.
These services include:
- Telephone Support
Our knowledgeable staff is available for unlimited technical support to assist you with
difficulties you may face in your day-to-day operation.
- Training Classes
The TruckStops Training Course is a two-day course held at our headquarters in Arlington,
Virginia, approximately every 4-6 weeks. Each course is limited to 10 people to provide
interactive, hands-on learning.
- On-Site Implementation Assistance
On-Site Support is available during implementation for setting up your data properly, correctly
geocoding your stops, and adjusting the different options in TruckStops for your unique
operation. An experienced technician, having worked with many TruckStops customers, will spend
three to five days working with the primary user(s) in order to implement TruckStops at your
facility. However, On-Site Support is available at anytime, and some users elect to have the technician
come to their facility after implementation to offer training, especially if there are several
people using TruckStops. We offer On-Site Support on a time and expense basis.
We find users who take advantage of the excellent software services offered have the
most successful implementations and get the most out of MicroAnalytics software.
